Blue Star Basketball SE Next Level Training Work-outs Continue Though the Spring Blue Star Basketball SE will continue individual work-outs through-out the Spring, Coach Costa announced today. “We have a very tough schedule this season & we are going to have to spend more practice time on team stuff” Costa added. “Our players have to find other ways to get the skill development they have seen in past seasons… Next Level is the place.” Next Level training sessions are either private or in small groups (2-4). Work-outs last 1 hr & 15 minutes & are intense, targeted & designed for each clients need. For more information please see the Blue Star SE page on this website. Thanks Coach! Tommy Snipes Says Goodbye… Editorial by: Joe Costa Coach Tommy Snipes has been with the Carolina Belles program from it’s inception… Recently Coach Snipes announced that because of work & family commitment, he would not be able to coach this season. Coach was always the first in the gym, at the hotel or game site, we will ALL miss that passion. His high-jinks are legendary: the elevator, the Halloween trick… too many to mention. Tommy was a hard worker & insisted his players were as well, he will be missed greatly by all Belles players. |
